This project was designed

for a 7th story condo,

overlooking our new ballpark

in downtown San Diego !

Plenty of room on this deck, especially with such a broad stairway, and that glass railing should hardly obstruct the view.

Those planters were to screen an ugly utility box

on the other side of the wall. .

This glass deck rail has alot of open areas. The structual elements are fabricated from ipe, also known as ironwood.

* Roof-Top Site, enclosed on 3 sides by red masonry walls. The deck height would be at top of wall.*

Overlooking all of downtown San Diego, and its' beautiful Harbor.
