These Japanese House Plans are Designed Western Style,

with Rafters, extended Ridge Beam, Rafter Ties,

and Modern (mostly concealed) Connectors

instead of Traditional Asian Roof Framing.

These Japanese House Designs feature a Dutch Hip, or Irimoya style Roof

with wide roof overhangs and surrounding engawa / deck.

These Japanese House Floor Plans are larger versions of our Azumayas

We also offer similar Buildings as Dojo Plans

Our Plans include Details for the Roof and Wall Structure, and surrounding Engawa.

We don't supply any Interior or Exterior Wall Details (as sometimes shown in CAD Images)

We don't supply any Engineering Data for our Azumayas, usually not a problem

with our smaller structures, but with these larger Azumayas you may or may not

need to have a local Architect or Engineer review and stamp the Plans.

All of our PLANS come with an accurate Materials and Resource List.

* I also give very good Support, by email, or phone if you call me, to answer your questions should you need help and advice.

We email you the Image Files for each Plan Page. Each of the 8.5"x11" Pages

you print out at home, and any full sized templates

( if needed ) are taken to a Printers and printed on 2' wide paper.
