* Spa Decks *

   This spa deck opened 

 up the backyard, and 

 provided comfortable

 access to the spa.

  We design many decks around spas and hot tubs .

   The decking here is ipe,

 sealed with Seasonite, by

 Flood, which contains no

 UV screen, and will alow

 the deck to go silver.

 This deck sits on a one acre site, surrounded

on 3 sides with beautiful

open space which will

never be developed.

   The spa area needed no 

 privacy screening, with no

 neighbors close by.

 The pickets, top cap and posts are mahogany, while the rails are ipe.

 All the railing elements are pre-stained with Penofin, a top-quality oil based sealer with a high UV screen content.

 Decking will be allowed to weather out to a fine silver.

   Splines reinforce the top cap joints.

 The free form spa surround provides easy access in to the spa. An access hatch in the bench top provides a place for storage.
